The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the official cut off mark for all tertiary institutions in Nigeria during the 2024 admission policy meeting that was held on Thursday, 18th of July, 2024.
The meeting was chaired by the honorable minister of Education, JAMB registrar and other relevant stakeholders.
JAMB pegged a minimum cut off mark of 140 for all University admissions, 100 for Polytechnic admissions and 100 for Colleges of Education admissions.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During the 2024 admission policy meeting, JAMB stated that, all institutions have the right to set their own cut off mark, but must not go below the minimum agreed cut off marks. So, don’t expect schools like OAU, UI, UNILORIN, FUTA, ABU, and FUOYE to accept 140.
